Mites Team

Strath Haven’s Mites do NOT require any experience to start! The primary goal of the Mites program is to improve skating and puck handling, learn to pass and shoot effectively, and gain an understanding of the rules of the game. The Mites practice once weekly at Springfield Ice Rink, and typically have one game each weekend at IceWorks in Aston, PA. Mites rotate between all positions (including goalie) to gain a better understanding of competitive hockey. Their games are typically three 15-minute periods with a 3-minute break between periods. Our club also has a practice-only option, typically reserved for 4-year-olds and 5- year-olds, who want to improve their hockey skills without participating in games.

Full Season Cost: $550 

Practice Only: $300

Practices: Once weekly | Either Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday | 7:15 - 8:30pm
